Case studies

Real results,
publicly documented.

Follow along as I rebuild and optimise sites end-to-end. Every decision, metric and outcome is on the record.

Case studies are published as I build and measure real client projects. Each one walks through the starting point, the actions taken, the tools used, and the numerically verified outcomes. The point is to show why certain calls were made, what didn't work, and what should have been done differently. Numbers are real, not rounded vanity figures.

This is not a portfolio in the sense of cherry-picked wins. The point is to show the process, the trade-offs and the bottlenecks: what was tested first, how priorities shifted with the data, and why some work was deliberately left undone. If you're evaluating a partner, these case studies tell you more about how I think than any generic testimonial would.

What gets documented

How a case study is structured

01

Starting state

Where the business is now: traffic, conversions, paid spend efficiency, technical SEO baseline. Real numbers, not narrative.

02

Diagnosis

What the data actually says, what the leaks are, and where the biggest unrealised potential sits. Hypotheses get written down before actions, so they can be tested honestly.

03

Actions taken

What was changed, in what order, and why. Including the experiments that were rolled back. Tools and configurations are listed so the work is auditable.

04

Outcomes

What moved, by how much, over which window. Tied back to revenue where possible. If something didn't move, that's reported too.

Reading the actual case studies

The published series is in Finnish because that is where the underlying client work sits. If you want a walk-through of a specific case in English, or you'd like to discuss a similar case for your own business, the easiest path is to book a free 30-minute call.
